Juri Schleicher studied law in Berlin and Mannheim and was admitted to the bar in Berlin in 2006.

He specialises in commercial and corporate law, advising and representing clients in company formations, transactions and shareholder disputes.

Juri also advises international clients on real estate transactions and construction projects in Germany.

In the area of civil litigation, Juri has extensive experience in all types of court proceedings, having worked as a litigator for many years.

He also represents clients in white collar criminal matters, particularly in relation to insolvency law, extradition law and EU sanctions.

Finally, his work in insolvency proceedings in defending against insolvency challenges and liability claims by directors and shareholders is another focus of his practice.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Juri is an officially appointed notary in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal.
